“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?” (Jeremiah 32:27)
Life will have many roadblocks along the way. You will be cruising along thinking that the path is all clear and that you have successfully worked everything out, and then up jumps a roadblock. That block can be financial, personal, or an unexpected health concern. That’s the thing with roadblocks, they can be very unpredictable. You won’t know when they are coming, and you can’t gauge how small or large they will be. When roadblocks appear in our lives we often start to wonder, “what did I do to deserve this.” It’s a natural response when things go bad. Most times it’s nothing that you have done. Our biggest blessing often appears after our toughest times. We are tested with trials to strengthen our faith and the confidence we have in ourselves.
To anyone experiencing a difficult time, know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Nothing last forever, not even the hard times. When roadblocks pop up, smile and face them head on. Know that you are strong enough to conquer anything, and that you are never alone while facing difficult days!
“Most of the time the road is not clear ahead. We have roadblocks and obstacles and stumble because of them. Are you courageous enough to map your way around them and continue on?”
